Present: Dan Brubaker, Donnie Carpenter, Bobbi Dollinger, Mary & Rick Liebich, Cara McCoy, Paula Rychnovsky, Nancy Hanaman. Via Zoom: Mary Weaver, Marc Monthei.
Mary Weaver opened the meeting. The minutes from the previous meeting were reviewed as sent and approved.
Paula Rychnovsky, Treasurer, shared a written report which included balances at Rolling Hills Bank of $2,127.43 and at Peoples Bank of $28, 230.82. $3587.00 designated for Fireworks.
Old Business
Mary Weaver and Paula have completed the paperwork for the gambling license.
Street Light: Bringing light to the globe will be completed in the spring.
EMT: The two candidates are now unable to attend, as their work schedules changed
Rippey Baseball Commission: No Report
Rippey Fire Department: No Report
Rippey Daze-July 22: Dan has arranged for fireworks.
BRR Ride Plans: Beer Concession: Dan contacted the Thirsty Pig of Gilbert. Rippey Lions Club will serve food at the West Community Room Rippey UMC and Rippey Baseball Commission will serve at the Church.
Rippey Library: The Rippey Library Board will host a Chili Cook-Off on Jan. 21 Beginning at 11 a.m.

Craft and Food Vendor contacts Set up by 9:00-Dan.
Bouncy Houses 12 noon-4 p.m.
Nancy will check with Greg Jacobs regarding contact for 2022.
10 am parade (Set up information later in minutes.)
Dan will organize Tractors in parade
Mary W. will contact Sean Kenan re: organizing Car Show: 12:00-3:00
Set up following the parade
Suggested to include tractors, need categories, prizes, registration forms, etc. Greg Jacobs and Nancy with Rippey Lions Club will make contacts. They have contacted Carrie McCain regarding forms and posters.
2-4 pm Kiddie Tractor Pull: Nancy will contact Farm Bureau – Schyler Bardole for kid tractor pull and the long table.
10-12:00 Library Board-Serving cinnamon rolls and water
1 pm Bingo in West Community Room
6 p.m. Town Country Band at Ballpark.
7 p.m. Baseball
Fireworks to follow at dusk

April 8: 10 A.M. Easter Bunny, egg hunt etc. Marc Monthei, leader. 11-12 pm Fireworks Fundraiser Meal in West Wing Paula and Mary and helpers
