I’m always amazed how organized and efficient it is, watching the staff guide and load people into a plane. Saturday morning was no different until the scanner for the boarding passes stopped working! Oh, my! How we do depend on technology to work! As the person arrived to try to fix the situation, it soon became apparent that new instructions to load were soon put into place. The 45 minute delay didn’t seem to cause anyone to complain or whine and the staff probably got more compliments and “good day” wishes for the rest of their day!
The screams of excitement from my grandchildren when they picked me up, was well worth changes in an otherwise routine morning people watching at the airport!
