It was a full house around the planning table Sunday afternoon.
The event is back to ONE DAY, August 1, 2020.
A budget of $15,000.;$2800 to date.
Pie auction to be part of the first fundraiser in conjunction with the Town and County Band Concert and BBQ pork sandwiches. 20 pies donated to date.
Date still pending, hopefully August. Should know this week.

Going to have Rippey Fire Truck in Grand Jct parade August 3rd and throw magnets with the date of August 1, 2020. Dan is arranging this.
Added to list of events: History pageant, opening of time capsule now located at Osborn Park, breakfast with the Mayor (selling Chris Cakes).
Mel would like ball game at 3:00 PM. Lion’s Club will do concessions at Ball Park.
Will ask food vendors to come with food for the day.
Parade @ 10:00. Form at school, disband at Ball Park.
