Nancy Hanaman from Rippey, vice-president of the Greene County Historical Society, served homemade ice cream in the historical building at the Greene County Fair in Jefferson. They hosted a free ice cream social July 14th and 15th. There’s nothing like homemade ice cream on a hot Iowa day at the fair!
