Madelyn Ostendorf, granddaughter of Virgene Morse, graduated May 20th from Madrid High School. Madelyn is the daughter of Diane and Terry Ostendorf. Preceding the ceremony a brunch was held in Madelyn’s honor at her parents home. Attending were Grandma Morse, Grandparents Dick and Sharon Ostendorf of Jefferson, Madelyn’s aunts, uncles cousins, friends and neighbors. Other family present were Ben Ostendorf, Annika Lewis, Michaela Ostendorf and Sam Van De Berg. Kevin and Delores Blanshan of Waterloo and Kelsey Blanshan of Ankeny spent the weekend with Virgene so that the girls could do the baking for Madelyn’s brunch.
