Connie Neese and Jean Borgeson were guests of Phyllis Bardole at the Al Welsh concert held at the Perry Performing Arts Center on Sunday afternoon, October 14, 2018. The big band selections were wonderful. A touching moment was when the band played “Charlie my Boy” in honor of a long time member of the band, Charlie Radke, who passed away on Friday, October 12 in Jefferson. Marlene Radebaugh of Rippey is a long time member of band and a first cousin of Phyllis.
