The Rippey Lions Club opened their meeting with a potluck with Dick Bardole as the coordinator. The pancake breakfast in November was discussed with other business and a thank you was received from the Leader Program for a recent donation.
Harlan Den Beste introduced Rick Fazel, who entertained the group, singing folk songs from Bob Dylan, The Beatles, Peter, Paul and Mary and more. The next meeting will be on Thursday, October 18, beginning at 7:00 p. m. with a meal served by the Rippey United Methodist Church women.
